What is the approval process for a request?

MindExample answer

One question. An answer with a source.

According to the operations manual, a request follows three steps: checking the context, review by the responsible person, and confirmation of the next action.

  1. 1Check the context
  2. 2Review with the owner
  3. 3Confirm the next action

The knowledge is there. Bring it closer.

BEFORE YOU START

Questions are welcome, too.

Does this demonstration use my company's data?

No. This website's examples use fictional data and run in your browser without querying real sources or the application API.

Does Mind already connect all my systems?

Mind supports connections to files and folders, SQL Server, SAP Business One, APIs and supported applications. Each source needs configuration, authorised access and an available connection; a connector in the catalogue is not necessarily connected.

Can I automate a report?

Yes. In the application you can create recurring tasks, review the time and time zone, follow results and pause or resume a routine. Queries depend on available sources and permissions. This website's example does not schedule tasks.

What are the prices and terms?

You can now explore proposed plans on the Pricing page. Prices, limits and terms are indicative; contact BeWynd to confirm the right plan for your team.

Can I create tools for my team?

You can describe a tool to AI, review and edit its proposal, and publish a version for the organisation. Sharing a miniapp definition does not automatically share personal records or grant access to sources.

Can Mind remember my preferences?

The application includes personal memory for response preferences, which you can view, edit or delete. These preferences help provide conversational context and do not change access permissions.

START WITH THE RIGHT QUESTION

What would you like to understand better?

Bring a question, a document or a recurring report. The first step is understanding the context you already have.
